1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Axiler's services, including but not limited to our Web Application Firewall (WAF) and Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP+), you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Axiler. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services. Axiler reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Service Description

Axiler provides enterprise-grade security solutions through its flagship products. Our Web Application Firewall (WAF) delivers comprehensive protection against sophisticated cyber threats, including advanced threat detection, DDoS mitigation, and real-time monitoring capabilities. The service includes proprietary threat intelligence, custom rule configuration, and enterprise-grade API security. Our Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP+) offers end-to-end cloud security, including posture management, container security, and compliance monitoring. While we strive to maintain the highest standards of service, Axiler reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time to maintain optimal performance and security standards.

3. Lifetime Deal Terms

For services purchased under a "Lifetime Deal," access is guaranteed for the entire duration of Axiler's existence as an operational entity. However, Axiler maintains sole discretion in determining the scope, features, and delivery of services. While core functionalities available at the time of purchase will remain accessible, Axiler reserves the right to modify, enhance, or restructure these features after an initial 12-month period to maintain service quality and adapt to evolving security threats. Future premium features, upgrades, or enhanced capabilities may be offered as paid add-ons at Axiler's discretion. Support terms, including response times and service levels, are subject to annual review and adjustment. Lifetime Deals are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly authorized by Axiler's management.

4. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All content, software, algorithms, code, methods, and materials provided through our services constitute Axiler's proprietary intellectual property and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users are expressly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from our services. Axiler retains exclusive ownership of all improvements, modifications, and derivatives of our technology. By using our services, you agree not to disclose any confidential information, including but not limited to security configurations, authentication methods, and proprietary features. Axiler reserves the right to collect and analyze usage data to improve our services while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axiler's total liability for any claims under these terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall Axiler be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Axiler explicitly disclaims liability for any security breaches, data losses, or service interruptions caused by force majeure events, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This limitation of liability constitutes an essential basis of the bargain between you and Axiler.
