30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Athena for any reason within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact billing@axiler.io for a full refund of your first payment. Applies to monthly and annual plans.
Monthly Subscriptions
- After the 30-day guarantee period: no refund for the current billing period
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges after cancellation
Annual Subscriptions
- Within 30 days of purchase: full refund
- After 30 days: prorated refund for unused months, less applicable setup fees
- Downgrades mid-year: prorated refund for the difference
Non-Refundable Items
- Professional services fees (onboarding, custom integrations)
- Usage overages already consumed
- Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
